Mantra :
"If I can help somebody as I travel along then my living will not be in vain"
Favorite scripture:

Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

 I John 4:7-8.

Mother Jeanette A. Watkins, called by some the “Minister of Love” because she strives to operate in an excellent spirit and exemplify love in all she does. Born to Brother Lindsey and Mother Gordie Wayne Abraham, both deceased, she is the ninth of eleven children. She was blessed to be born into a loving Christian family with seven brothers and three sisters.  She accepted Christ in her youth (age 13) and has maintained a steadfast love and commitment to God.

August 10, 1969, she was united in holy matrimony with Ronald C. Watkins. They were blessed with five biological and 2 adopted children, who bestowed upon them the blessed gift of five wonderful grandchildren.  Her children are instrumental in support of both the local and Jurisdictional ministries that their parents are involved in.

Presently, Mother Watkins is an active member of the New Deliverance Temple Church of God in Christ. For decades, she has been actively involved holding various positions within the Second Jurisdiction of Arkansas.  She has served as Jurisdictional President of the Young Women Christian Council (YWCC) (1994 - 2010), Program Chairman of the Second Jurisdiction Women’s Department (2003 - 2010), Assistant District Missionary of North Little Rock District (2008 - 2010) currently as Jurisdictional Supervisor of the Women Department Ministry (2010 - present) and Jurisdictional Trustee Board Member (2000 - present).

During the 2003 International Holy Convocation in Memphis TN, the distinct honor of being recognized as Outstanding Woman of Achievement within the Church of God in Christ Inc. was bestowed upon her. Additionally, in 2009, she was honored and recognized as a Woman of Distinction within the Second Jurisdiction of Arkansas Church of God in Christ.

Mother Watkins retired June 30, 2009, as Director of Human Relations from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR) with 21 years of service. During her tenure at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, she received many awards and certificates for service.  To name a few, in 2003, she was nominated as outstanding State Employee of the year, in 2006 she was recognized for outstanding Public Service.    She has also received recognition and awards from the Office of the Governor, the Office of the Secretary of State and Office of the Attorney General.  Throughout her 38 years of employment in the public sector, she was actively involved on the campus and in the community, serving on several advisory boards, councils and committees.

God has always had his hand upon her life, navigating her path even as a child through the love and care of her parents.  From her youth God called, anointed and appointed her for “such a time as this.”  Further, she professes that God raised her up for the ministry of Spiritual Healing and Restoration within the body of Christ.

Bishop Frank Jefferson Anderson, Jr., is the Jurisdictional Prelate of Arkansas Second Jurisdiction Church of God in Christ and Pastor of both Zion Temple and Sinai Church of God In Christ.

At the age of 16, he met a young girl by the name of Joyce Jackson and because of her teaching, she told him that if he was interested in her, he had to be saved. On April 22, 1962, the Lord came into his life, a few days later, the fire fell from heaven and he was filled with the Holy Ghost. Bishop Anderson was called by God to the ministry at the age of 18.  Six months after his calling, he was licensed to preach the gospel. By the age 19 he was appointed assistant pastor of his local church and had a radio broadcast.

Under the leadership of Bishop R. B. Hatley and subsequently of Bishop D. L. Lindsey, he has served the Arkansas Second Jurisdiction in the following capacities: District Evangelist President (1966); District YPWW President in 1968; Ordained an Elder in 1969 under Bishop R. B. Hatley; Interim District Superintendent of District #5 (1969-1970); Interim Pastor of the Sinai Church Of God In Christ (1969-1970); Pastor of the Zion Temple Church Of God In Christ (1969-Present); Jurisdictional Evangelist President (1972-1994); National Evangelist (1972-1996); Administrative Assistant (1980-present); and the First Administrative Assistant to Bishop D. L. Lindsey (1997-2009)

Bishop Anderson was called by God “to anoint a pool of water for the deliverance of the unsaved, brokenhearted, and the sick. He has been known as the “preacher with the pool.” He continues to hold up the blood stained banner, in the cradle of love. He has faith to believe that men, women, boys and girls will be saved. He continues to want Jesus our Lord and Savior to say, “Well done my good and faithful servant.”

Bishop Anderson was the founding pastor of the Powerhouse Church of God In Christ (Morrilton, AR) and in 1980 rebuilt the Zion Temple Church (Conway, AR). His vision is to build another edifice for the congregation of Zion Temple and add a Family Life Center. He has served his community as the first African-American Chaplain of the Morrilton Jaycees and is a recipient of an Outstanding Citizen Award from the Office of the Governor of Arkansas.

Bishop Anderson’s crowning accomplishment has been to marry, with joy, his high school sweetheart, Joyce Jackson Anderson with whom he has shared a more than 50 year marriage. God has blessed them with one son Jeff who shares his life with his lovely wife ZeAndrea. The Andersons have four grandchildren, Jeffery, Jr., Katlynn Grace, Jackson Cole and Channing Bryce.

Bishop Anderson was born the youngest of five children in Morrilton, Arkansas, on May 21, 1944, to the blessed union of the late Frank J. Anderson, Sr. and Jessie Brook Anderson. Anderson was educated at the Sarah E. Clark Elementary School and the L. W. Sullivan High School in Morrilton. He attended Arkansas Baptist College where he studied Religion and Sociology. He started the Anderson Construction Company and is avid Real Estate investor.
